This
apartment, overlooking the harbor in Fell's Point, consists of a new second floor
level over an existing one-story structure and a new third story surrounding a
light-filled atrium. The stair from the second to the third floor is located along
the south edge of the atrium. The apartment received a Baltimore Chapter of the
American Institute of Architects Residential Design Award.
