The Calvert County Historic District Design Guidelines are one of over two dozen the firm has written for areas as diverse as Berkley, California and Washington, DC. The Calvert County guidelines focus on the preservation, restoration and rehabilitation of 65 primarily rural historic properties in the county listed in the Maryland State Inventory.
