Historic Preservation: Rehabilitation and Adaptive Use
| |
After a feasibility analysis was completed, nine historic
buildings were rehabilitated as commercial and residential units and 21 new townhouses
constructed. The complex is organized around a series of connecting courtyards.
The existing buildings were placed on the National Register and rehabilitated
according to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards, as well as received investment
tax credits. Seton Mews received the Baltimore Heritage Award for Preservation
Excellence.
