Originally built by one of the first women developers in Baltimore, the Copy
Cat Building features a prominent Moorish inspired corner entry tower, horseshoe
shaped window, bronze display windows, recessed upper story porch, and a multi-colored
slate roof. Layers of paint were removed to expose the original brick façade,
roof and windows repairs, and the two-story rear porch reconstructed. The Copy
Cat Building received a Baltimore Heritage Block-by-Block Award.
