Gleason,AIA President

David Gleason established the firm in 1976. Over the past
quarter century, he has designed hundreds of projects in the
Baltimore-Washington region ranging from small-scale house renovations to
the redevelopment of entire city blocks. Mr. Gleason works closely with
clients to develop initial concepts for designs through detailing their
aesthetic qualities. In addition, he manages all phases of project
development and represents clients before municipal, state, and federal
agencies.

Richard D. Wagner, AIA
Principal
| | Richard Wagner joined the
firm in 1990. He focuses on historic preservation projects, design
guidelines, and preservation educational programs. Mr. Wagner is the author
of over 90 books, manuals, and articles on preservation and revitalization.
In addition to his professional practice, Richard Wagner holds appointments
as Associate Professorial Lecturer in Historic Preservation, The George
Washington University, Washington, D.C. and Director and Professor, Master
of Arts in Historic Preservation Program, Goucher College, Baltimore.

Mariah McGunigle Intern Architect | |
Experienced in field measuring and as-built drawings,
compiling information for construction documents, coordination with
consultants, preparing historic preservation commissions applications,
design development, photography, code and materials research. Mariah
McGunigle joined the firm in 2005. Prior to joining the firm, Mariah
received her Bachelor of Arts in Historic Preservation from Goucher College
in 2001 and in January 2005 received her Masters in Architecture from the
Catholic University of America. While employed by an Annapolis architectural
firm, she was involved with renovations to the Thomas Point Light House, and
the Maynard Burgess House. Additionally, she completed the final
architectural and construction drawings for the historic Franklin and Le
Hardy houses at Acton's Landing, an Annapolis Planned Urban Development
project. Mariah also worked for the City of Annapolis's Chief of Historic
Preservation for two years where she aided in the reorganization of the City
of Annapolis's Design Guidelines. Since joining the firm she has begun work
with the Baltimore Main Streets.

Lea Stedt
Intern Architect | |
Experienced in measured and as-built
drawings, Lea Stedt joined David H. Gleason Associates, Inc. in 2007.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Architectural
Studies in 2005, and Master of Architecture in 2006, from Norwich University.
Since joining the firm Ms. Stedt has worked on a
variety of tax credit projects and is Project Architect for Baltimore Main
Streets - Park Heights Facade Improvement Project.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked for an
architectural firm in
Portland,
Maine
concentrating on new single-family homes, and renovating corporate and civic
buildings.

Stephanie London
Intern Architect | |
Experienced in interior architecture and spatial
design, Stephanie London joined the firm in 2007.
She received her Bachelor of Art in Environmental
Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2007.Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie interned at an
interior design firm in Baltimore. Since joining the firm, Ms. London has worked on a
number of Baltimore Main Street facades and tax credit applications.
